Using Overlappy
Overlappy is free to use, for personal things or for work. Please don't use it to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, or try to break, overload or get around how the site works.
How Overlappy works
To create events you sign in with Google; guests don't need an account. Each guest link lets whoever has it see that event and mark or change that person's times, and the group link does the same for anyone in the group, so share links only with the people they're for. You're responsible for the events you create and the people you invite. Times shown are a guide: check the booked time in your own calendar. Events are deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy.
What you put in
What you enter stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people you share it with, only so that Overlappy can work. What we keep and for how long is in the privacy policy.
Ads
Overlappy is paid for by ads from Google AdSense. They are labelled and kept away from the parts of the page you use.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Overlappy running and correct, but it is provided as it is, without any warranty. It might be down now and then, or get something wrong. Please double-check anything important. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using it.
Changes
We may change Overlappy or these terms. If the terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new date. We may also stop offering Overlappy, and if we do we'll give notice on the site first where we can.
