About Overlappy

Overlappy is a free group scheduling tool. Everyone marks when they're free on their own link, and you pick from the times that suit the most people. Guests never need an account.

Why it exists

Overlappy started with an email thread between two people trying to line up house viewings. Every reply was a list like "I'm free 1 to 4 on Saturday, or 2 to 3 and 5 to 6 on Sunday", and each one had to be checked against the last. If two people needed that many emails, a group needs far more. Overlappy puts everyone's times on one grid and emails you once the last person has answered.

Who makes it

Overlappy is made by Galene Labs, a small independent studio that makes simple productivity tools. Each one does a single job, is free to use and skips the sign-up wherever it can. A few clearly labelled ads cover the hosting.
